"Really easy site to use"
I ordered a replacement filter and honestly... I didn’t have to search around much at all. The menus were easy to follow, and checking out on my phone was quick.
I also liked that the product details were right there, so I could tell it was the right fit before buying. Got everything done in just a few minutes with no annoying popups or weird extra steps

"Works well, but keep an eye on the little maintenance stuff"
My Holmes air purifier has been working fine overall. It definitely helps keep the air feeling fresher, but it’s one of those things where you really do need to stay on top of the filter changes and wipe out the dust that collects around the vents. I notice the little gray fuzz buildup if I let it go too long, especially around the edges. It’s not difficult to clean or anything, but it’s easy to forget until you actually look closely at it.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered from holmesproducts.com a while back, and from what I remember when I first unboxed it, I was surprised by how solid it felt. It didn’t have that flimsy or cheap feel, and it worked right away without me having to mess with anything.
Looking back after using it for some time, I’d say it’s held up well. I don’t remember having any issues with it, and it’s basically just done what I bought it for. Nothing over the top, but I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy to carry around"

"Smooth and easy filter order"
I ordered a replacement air purifier filter from Holmes Products and the whole experience was really smooth. The site loaded without any issues, I found the right model quickly, and checkout didn’t take long at all. I got the confirmation email right away too. Nothing over the top, just an easy no-hassle order. I’d use the site again.

"Warranty support came through in the end"
I did have to wait a bit, but warranty support ended up replacing my fan without too much hassle. I’ve seen a lot of people have worse experiences with warranty claims, so compared to the usual runaround, this one was decent.

"Pretty decent, just a little inconsistent"
It works for the most part, so I can’t really complain too much. Like, some days it does exactly what I need and I’m happy with it, but then other times it’s kind of underwhelming. The setup was fine, and it’s not a bad product or anything, I just expected it to be a bit more reliable. Overall it’s okay, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Solid fan for the price"
I picked up a fan here and it’s been working really well so far. I’m usually picky about getting decent quality for what I pay, and this one met my standard. The price felt fair too—honestly a little better than I expected.

"Saves a little on my bill, but an apology would’ve been nice"
My Holmes heater does warm up my room quickly, and I haven’t noticed a big jump in my electric bill even using it most nights. So on that part, I’m happy. That said, there was a small issue with the order/experience, and I expected at least a simple apology. The heater itself is doing the job, but the customer side could’ve been handled better.

"Finally, an appliance that doesn’t ruin my counter"
I ordered this from holmesproducts.com mainly because it actually looked nice online, it looks even better in person. The design is clean, the buttons are simple, and the color is really nice. I don’t know why so many kitchen appliances have to be huge, clunky eyesores, but this one is not that. It doesn’t take over my counter or clash with everything else in my kitchen. It just fits in and looks good, which apparently is too much to ask from some products. Very happy with it so far.

"Shipping was surprisingly fast"
I ordered from holmesproducts.com and, shockingly, it showed up way faster than I expected. The tracking actually worked the whole time too, which is apparently not something you can always count on these days. So yeah, no complaints here — happy with it.

"Safety Features felt a Bit weak"
I was a little disappointed with the safety stuff. The auto shutoff didn’t kick in the way I expected, which made me feel kinda uneasy using it

"Finding the right filter took a bit"
The site was okay overall, but tracking down the right replacement filter took longer than I thought it would. I kind of expected to just search the model number, pick the obvious match, and be done, but I had to click around more than expected. A few options were out of stock too, which slowed things down. I did end up getting what I needed, so it worked out, just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped

"Solid packaging overall"
I ordered from holmesproducts.com and the packaging was decent. The box had a small dent on one corner, but it wasn’t a big deal since the item inside was wrapped well and arrived in good shape. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it did what it needed to do. The only minor thing was that the tape took me a little longer than expected to get through. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars

"My old Holmes fan still runs..."
My old Holmes fan still runs fine, but I somehow lost that little cap for the blade. I was, kind of surprised they even had replacement parts listed. Ordered it from holmesproducts.com and... yeah, it fit perfectly. Saved me from having to buy a whole new fan, so I’m happy with it.

"Still going strong after all these years :)"
I picked up a Holmes fan from holmesproducts.com a few years ago, it’s still working great! I use it pretty much every night during the summer, and it hasn’t gotten loud or weak like some other fans I’ve had before. It’s easy to clean too, which is a nice bonus. So far, no issues at all, really happy with how reliable it’s been :)
